Combinations - Cocaine + Accutane

SWIM has a friend who is on Accutane and would like to try cocaine. However, Accutane has adverse side effects when mixed with some drugs, so I was curious if anyone knew whether or not it would be safe for him to do coke? SWIM tried googling and didn't get any results.

Swim was on accutane as a strapping lad with a load of nasty little pimples. To be on accutane, one must take monthly blood tests to test thier liver triglycerides and make sure thier liver isn't being devoured alive. Cocaine is metabolised by the liver by benzoylecgonine. Swim could see these medications having a bad reaction with each other. Swiy should consult an expert on this.

Don't mess around with this until one knows 100% that it is safe. accutane is serious stuff with serious side effects and can really damage someone if used in conjunction with another chemical that could interact with it.
