Drug info - Kadian 50mg Time Released Morphine?

Hello,

I purchased about 16 of these pills for $5 USD a pop from a guy that I trust. I am not sure if I have the real thing?

I am kind of a heavy user. Typically I take 10 10mg hydrocodone or 1/12 100mcg Fentnyl, but I decided to try this Kadian pill...also because he had nothing else. So I took 3 by opening them and swallowing the contents. WHen sickness didn't subside in 2 hours. I took another one but crushed the contents in my mouth...finally relief. No buzz however. Eye's not dilated.

I don't understand how I can take 200mg morphine and not have dilated eyes and no buzz...even with the time release. Crushed 50mg and swallowed 150mg time release. With time release in effect I would of had 62.5mg morphine in 2 hours.

So I am wondering if this is real or not? I feel something and after allot of time my sickness went away so it is something but I don't know if it really is 50mg morphine as advertised? When I open the pill the contents are little white balls? Does that sound right to people here? I checked google image but can't find image of contents.

Even if my tolerance is high (which I find hard to believe that 62.5mg wouldn't knock me on my arse) my eyes should still dilate, right?

first, yeah kadian 50 mg are the real deal, although usually not the preferred pill to get high off of. crushing them completetly to snort is a pain and the end result is a ppain to snort to to the fsact that some chunks never seem to crush up. crushing and swallowing should produce and effect. perhaps the tolerance you speak of is beacause of the fetanal use. SWIM knows that he can be lightly high and his eyes will be barely pinned.

SWIM advises you to go elsewhere for SWIY's high if IV'ing is a foreign realm to SWIY. Morphine has an oral bioavailability of only 33% and insuffilated is not much higher. SWIM could snort 60mg of morphine and not get any sort of noticable buzz yet would shoot the same amount and be nice and toasty for 4 hours.

morphine is not meant to be eaten or snorted, it is meant to be IV'ed.
