Would SWIM be considered opiate tolerant?

Hi swim is very new to the forum, but swim loves it. SWIM has NEVER tried Dilaudid or Oxycontin. My question is would swim be considered tolerant? Swim banged Nubain for 6 years, 2 20mg/ml bottles per week, with about 10-15 bangs a day. Swim quit that 2 years ago (when swim started banging coke for about a year, but thats a-whole-nother subject), and then quit coke altogether except for every once in a great while. (Like once a year). Over the last 6 months swim has been tossing back orally about 5-10 Norcos a day, the 10/325's. So would this be considered tolerant to swim even though swim has never tried oxycodone or hydromorphone? Swim wants to bang either Oxy and Hydromorphone one time. Swim will not buy more than that. Swim was thinking of banging 20mg of the oxy when swim finds it. And when swim finds the hydromorphone, swim was going to bang 4mg. (not the same time of course) Would swim be overdoing it? Or would that be pretty nomral for someone with swim's experience? Or not enough? Swim would probably appreciate any feedback greatly.

5-10 norcos a day everyday for 6 months? If so and if you must iv pills then 50-100 mgs should give you enough tolerance to handle both 20 mg oxy and 4 mg hydromorphone iv'd. How many "Dont shoot pills!!!!" replies is this post gonna get? im gonna say 3.

Yeah thats what swim was thinking. But swim wasnt sure since swim thinks Norcos are pretty weak. But are nice to achieve a good baseline throughout the day. Swim would probably say thanks for the thoughts if he/she were here.
