SWIM just happens to be trucking along through day 5 of Influenzaplooza and this road just doesn't seem to end for him.

SWIM is unemployed, with no heathcare so SWIM has been at the mercy of Nyquil Gel caps, Excedrin Migraine, and THC.

Yesterday, SWIM successfully made it out of bed to dose self in labratory home experiment of 2 Nyquil Gelcaps, 2 Excedrin Migraine, and about .5 grams of some fine ass afghan goo.

This combination was beautiful and left SWIM able to perform almost regular activities, such as taking a nice hot shower, walking to the store to buy a gallon of chocolate milk, as well as being able to sit on floor and use internet for a few hours.

SWIM experienced pretty vivid open eye and closed eye visuals that he can only liken to that of a mild freebase DMT trip.

BUT ALAS! INFLUENZAPALOOZA AND THE HORDES OF FLU HIPPIES HOLDING A "FUCK YOU, SWIM!" MUSIC FESTIVAL IN HIS SKULL.....have claimed victory.

Nyquil no longer sedates SWIM, Excedrin no longer cures sever head pains, and even sweet baby cheeba can't help this long strange trip from ending.

SWIM will admit that this sucks, SWIM will even warrant to say, THIS REALLY SUCKS.

does one build a tolerance to these weaksauce over the counter drugs this quickly? SWIM is no doctor, SWIM feels like he is dying....SWIM needs advice.

What over the counter drugs are the most effective for treating influenza? and would SWIY say that smoking cannabis von awesome is a bad idea in times of coughly adventure?

SWIM is delusional.....SWIM is losing touch....SWIM's girlfriend still insists on having sex when SWIM is completely out of mind on these drugs...almost like SWIM is being dateraped....SWIM wants to be airlifted to hospital from bed and given a magical shot that will either kill swim or turn him into a superhuman biomechanical android named HEALTHY

Okay so SWIM knows what hes gonna do now, last resort you know? i dont think SWIM is being entirely unsafe mixing medicines here, especially since SWIM weighs a hearty 220 lbs and is in pretty good shape physically. but here it is:
okay so SWIM's gonna take 2 liquigels (nyquil) which the purpose of that is to give SWIM 30mg of Dextromethorpan which is a cough suppressant, 650 mg of acetaminophen which is a pain reliever, and 12.5 grams of doxylamine which is an antihistamine, then SWIMs gonna take 1 claritin D tablet which is gonna give SWIM 10mg of laratidine which is also an antihistamine! THEN SWIMs gonna take 2 tylenol severe cold tablets which have another 650 mg of acetaminophen, another 20mg of Dextromethorpan, and just a dab of phenylephrane.

OH yeah and SWIM loaded a pretty fat bowl and will be hitting it immediately after swallowing the previously stated medications. SWIM isnt very knowledgeable when it comes to pills so that is why SWIM is asking here.

Swim would hold off on taking that much acetaminophen at one time. Stick to the sleep and eat well diet.

another thing that will help swim get over the flu is to quit smoking herb till it's over. coughing is part of the flu, coughing is part of smoking... see how the two combine? The last thing swiys poor immune system needs is THC in his system.

Get some rest, lay in bed, watch your favorite TV show, eat campbells chicken noodle soup and drink plenty of water. The niquils should be taken when needed at night.
