Fentanyl Patch

SWIM has 50mcg Fentanyl Patch, the Mylan brand.

SWIM was told about placing it on his body, and waiting. But after 2 hours, SWIM had no effects yet really, and decided to come home and onto his favorite drug forum, here!

SWIM found (did a search and read all the threads) that you can take small parts of the patch and put them in your mouth and suck / under your tongue, and it should hit you.

SWIM has been doing small cut outs, and on his 3rd right now. He waits at least 25 minutes before doing another. So far, SWIM has no effects yet really.

And that is shocking to SWIM, and a huge let down. The whole patch is only 50mcg, but the drug is 81 times stronger than morphine. SWIM was hoping that just like on the threads he's read, he'd be on top of the world.

So far, about 1/4 of the patch is gone. SWIM is worried it was defective?

SWIM has consumed more than 1/2 of the patch already.

No effects still. What the FUCK?

SWIM sucks on it for a little, than swallows. Usually with some milk or water.

What a let down...

SWIM feeling... different. If it is kicking in, SWIM might die. SWIM is worried.

SWIM threw up once, and is feeling better. Half of the patch is gone, so about 25mcg.

Did the rest. 50mcg of Fentanyl, gone.

Not worth the price SWIM payed for it, in his opinion.

SWIY did it wrong. Something doesn't make sense, or SWIY tolerance is pretty high.

SWIM has been doing opiates for a long time. But not morphine. Yesterday he was on hydrocodone, but that shouldn't matter. It's tolerance doesn't effect Fentanyl, right?

SWIM did everything right he believes. He read the already existing threads about the patches many many times.

It wasn't too much of a loss, money wise. But if someone knows why SWIM didn't get effected, do tell.

Perhaps it's a lesson learned to not use opiates that aren't prescribed to you? Unless you have a condition that requires narcotic pain killers? Anyhow, if that didn't work on you, than something is definitely wrong.

dude it's value is sub - lingual, not injested orally, sorry if I sound harsh, it will work just not like a dose in the arm . sub - lingual is the second best.

SWIhim did do it sublingually...he just decided to swallow instead of spit...hahah...sorry. Anyways yes, there is a cross tolerance.

I cant understand why some people dont get the desired effects from sublingual or buccally using fentanyl. My guess is most dont let things sit long enough. The best way swim has found to use the patches is to cut it up and place it between his gum and cheek sticky side facing cheek then dont suck, dont spit, dont move your tongue around, leave your fingers out of your mouth and just wait, it shoulnt take more then 10 mins to feel the effects.

NIK can relate to the not getting too happy on the patch, no dick sizing, although two full patches and MSIR 15mg x 4 would be the dose of a friend of a enemy. ( back last year ) he forgets if the patches were 50 or 75 mic grams.

In SWIM"S opinion said to chew on the patch and let the liquid seep into the linings of the mouth. SWIM did it and could barely walk off of a 25 mcg and they have a 2-3 80 oxy tolerance a day. Just SWIM"S opinion

Swim has experimented with fentanyl so many times and ways and has introduced man friends to the drug, some who had previously tried it some who havent. Swim has been able to coach everyone of his frends into getting the max euphoria out of them. Ive heard complaints from some about how they have chewed on them with no results or licked and sucked them without any feelings of euphoria and even some who wore them and never even felt it. All of them were blown away after using a lil more care while using them. I believe that the best way is to fold them in half sticky side out, depending on size because bigger then 50 mcg can get too big, then place them in between your cheek and gum. Try not to swallow spit or create spit dont suck, lick, or move them around and they should be pretty potent. Exactly...SWIM even had a pretty bad tolerance to any type of downers and general and was BLOWED away. Each time he still is if he takes enough. There is no way it didn't work if SWIY did properly. SWIM has seen plenty O people puke like crazy from these....and that's just a 1/16th of the patch at the most, 1/8th if the person had a good amount of tolerance.

SWIM will keep this in mind, next time he decides to get one. What does SWIY mean by half sticky side out? Sorry, SWIM has a hard time being visual with things sometimes.

I just meant that when you fold it in half dont fold it so the sticky sides touch. Fold it so the sicky sides are out, against the skin.

Okay, so use it as a normal person would, but by the gums / cheek?

ya except fold it in half so that sticky faces out on both sides then you dont have to cut it to fit it in your mouth. Youll experience more that way be careful with low tolerance go in increments of time if you use full strength.

Oh, SWIM knows what you mean now. Fold it in half so the sticky side is on both sides.

Just like that trick to make normal sticky tape, into double sided sticky tape. Correct?

If you smoke the gel no direct flame. I dont know about smoking mylan

not sure about the brands, so i couldnt say. to answer runfommurders question, foil is used. the sliver of fet is put on the foil and the flame is placed under the foil. you inhale the smoke with a hollow pen or straw, just like smoking a foily of coke. so, yeah, the patch does melt and produce smoke. PLEASE remember that this can be dangerous if you dont use small doses.

Hmmm...if SWIM posted a picture of the type of patch the people in this thread, or at least the wrapper, would SWIY know if it's possible to smoke? This sounds like something SWIM would like to try soon haha.

One cannot Smoke the MYLAN patches. For the best results from the abuse proof MYLANs is to get a heating pad and heat it up when its on SWIYour skin, but be careful because this releases a lot of the fet. Also, one can cut them into strips and chew them, but DONT swallow SWIYour spit for a good 20-30 min. The Sandoz Come with gel, those are pretty straight forward.

Actually the first time SWIM did fentanyl he used a heating pad with the patch and was into opiod nod la la land. He then used the patch by cutting and chewing them since he took the patch off after it actually kicked in. Anyways all SWIM wanted to know was if they were talking about being able to smoke the mylans.
