Ding ding! We have a winner. You are absoultely right, this androgen applied topically will heighten arousal in the female, like nothing else.

It can also be used to prevent atrophy of the levator ani muscle and pubococxgeus (SP) muscles, otherwise known as the pelvic floor, for when a woman is experiencing stress incontinance or post-partum incontinence.

One note of caution, this is not to be 'overdone' or she risks clitoral enlargement and virilisation symptoms (husky voice, body hair, etc.)

It seems like to me that a male hormone would most certainly discourage any female desire but I'm not a doctor either I just have never heard of this beforeand is there any risk of iritation to this area upon application?

For me the best sexual experience was while on acid, but probably not in the way your looking for, it was intimate and just melted together, but i'm not suggesting you drop acid (infact i strongly suggest you don't use it for sexual purposes). My sister IS a nurse and assures me that for women who lack sexual desire due to some conditions (past hysterectomy maybe?) physicians often prescribe a topical cream that contains testosterone which is applied to the clit( which after all is a really small penis...) For me best for sex if we take it from the begening till the and meth/amph, for orgasm sometimes cocaine( the longest time, most wet;-) ) But a good Lsd trip should be the best for a couple, for both. Im really surprised by all the answers from you guys, because ive never taken a drug that made the sex better if its with a girl i love. If im totally into a girl, i need absolutely zero substances to go for hours and for it to be mind blowing. in fact, even alcohol reduces the pleasure for me, maybe a glass or two of wine so shell try some new stuff. the original question was "best sex stimulant for a female", not for a guy, which I assume that you are, though you might be a lesbian, i which case i rest my case.
For coke, as for any substance, I do believe dosage is definetly an issue when it comes to desire and sex.

from past experiences, swim would say cannabis, cocaine products, absinthe type drinks, all in moderate doses of course.
substance induced arousal seems based on inhibition issues ( ie reducing inhibition), stimulation ( physical stimulation, when moderate, can easily be linked to sexual excitement) sensation enhancement (tactile etc), and mental aspects.
Cocaine works pretty much on all these issues ( though it can make some people feel cold, and hyper activity can reduce sexual desire), cannabis on sensation and mental aspects ( though being too stoned can be detrimental as well), and alcohol on inhibition ( but it is also a sedative)
dosage is crucial, as well as settings and circumstances of course.
