Drug info - Quality Kava Kava ??

SWIM has heard great things about kava kava although SWIM tried it a few times in the past and felt nothing much from it. SWIM has tried capsules and the pure kava extract and didn't get anything. Then, SWIM was told that the reason didn't get that much was because SWIM is suppose to take the kava kava root, and was recommended 3 heaping tablespoons with kava root.

Just recently SWIM, bought the "Isa" Kava Kava powdered root from a popular vendor and read the description of it has "potent and long-lasting"

Now SWIM's questions is, has SWIY tried this form of kava, whad did SWIY think of it? Also, Do SWIY feel that the reason SWIM wasn't getting much out of kava kava in the past was because SWIM was taking the extract and capsules instead of the actual kava root??
