SWIM's only problems while being inebriated in some form where that he felt a romantic attraction (as well as physical) toward SWEIM and didn't want to act solely because either were under the influence of some substance. Wanted a clear mental state to let it "count" so to speak.

So drugs precluded sex out of respect for many substances' ability to weaken decision making skills, and that left SWIM not wanting to take advantage of that situation.

If you consider alcohol a drug (which it is), SWIM was at a party with coworkers and got extremely drunk and ended up in bed with a former coworker that SWIM has always loathed. Former coworker was fat and had a face similar to those who have down syndrome. FC did not shave down south, but SWIM's judgment was out of whack so he decided to go down on FC anyways. None of these are too bad of experiences but just kind of messed up.
