swim had a friend who really wanted to try getting on X, so we decided to buy 6 decent quality lovehearts and see how we went.
We dropped at approximatley 10:15 3 pills each and were rolling niceley within the hour... but something very fucking strange happenend...

SWIM's friend wanted swim to go and get his laptop so we could go on msn and stuff downstiars.. each time it was suggested swim told his friend to set a 10 minute alarm and we would go get it after those 10 mins..but after the alarm would go off we would forget completley about the plan.. within a few minutes the same thing would happen again of wanting the laptop, telling friend to set alarm, alarm goes off, forget about it.

this went on for roughly 30 minutes before we realised what was going on

anyone else had strange experiences like this?

Short term memory loss is very common for SWIM and other people on MDMA. In a rave swim will be dancing very strenuously and think "I could sure use some water right now" By the time SWIM pulled his backpack off his back and opened the backpack he couldn't remember why he opened his backpack. So he closes it back up puts it back on his back and resumes dancing.

That only happened the first one or two times SWIM used ecstasy and since then he has maintained his focus when he is driven to do something because he knows it may not get done otherwise.

The short term memory loss Swibf usually obtains from MA consumption seems to be a result of sleep deprivation and probably dehydration to a lesser extent. Possibly a similar cause with MDMA?

SWIM usually has some short memory loss the day after rolling. He told me once that he was watching tv while eating an apple, when finished eating the apple, he put what had left from the apple in a small plate in a table, he kept watching tv for a few a minutes (less than 5), when he looked down where the plate was, he couldn´t recognize what was on the plate, so he got closer to look better at it, (in the mean time thinking: who left that there??) it took him like 20 seconds to reconize the rests of the apple, and only then he rememberd that had ate an apple and left it there.
SWIM doesn´t remember having memory loss while rolling, he will pay attention to that next time he rolls.

Yeah and also don't forget they triple-dropped some strong pills so you can expect them to be pretty fucked up....

A friend of mine found a similar thing happening to him the first few times he experienced high doses of MDMA. He also said that this effect seems to have lessened to the point of dissappearing now no matter what dose he takes. (that is after 2 years of monthly usage)

the first time swim took mdma/mda, he spent 30 minutes (no joke) trying to put his trousers on. everytime he stood up he forgot why he was standing up, and sat down then realised he had no trousers on so stood up. it was a bit like a time loop. this must have happened 50 times. eventually his friend put them on for him.

his friend also had some new poi that changed colours really fast and quickly and look trippy even when sober. however at this point in time swim had only even seen his white ones before and was not aware he had new one, and thought he was going insane when he saw them.

later on he also had a strong desire to brush his teeth and went for a walk around reading festival asking people for toothpaste. he also said to his friend who was not dropping, 'i have to make sure i dont chew my gums and tounge', whilst chewing.

in the morning on the come down, all swims friends had a heated debate about 2 full packets of chewing gun. for some reason they looked different sizes, and although we knew it was impossible, we managed to convice ourselfs that one must be like a king size pack.

hahaha good times, swim also had an experience like this, swim wanted to listen to some music and while searching for her fav track forgot what she was doing and walked away, this happened about 5 times until she finally realised. lol gooooooddd timessss for swim
