Help a possible hard-head

My poor sloth made a bit of an investment in some nitrous chargers and a cream dispenser. He's tried his best but really can't get anywhere with it. He does tend to be a bit of a hard-head with most drugs - he needs a lot of anything to "get there".
Here's what he's tried so far:

1) Let a 16g charger empty into the cream dispenser. Put his mouth to the dispenser and let the nitrous out quite slowly until he's got a lungful. Hold his breath for as long as physically possible. Breathe out and take a couple of quick breaths of normal air (so as not to pass out from lack of oxygen). Suck a lungful again and hold it for as long as possible. After these two lungfuls there is probably only about half a lungful left, but he does this anyway.

2) Discharge a 16g charger into a large latex baloon. Breathe from it and hold breath until bursting, breathe back into the baloon. Take a couple of breaths of normal air. Repeat until it seems as if there's not any nitrous left in the air in the baloon (usually 4-5 lungfuls).

Now he does get something - tinnitus (ringing in the ears), slight tunnel vision, a lifting of the spirit, urge to grin. It's fun, but he wants an "experience". Preferably complete dissociation.

Does anyone have any suggestions to make my sloth's journey possible?

Swim can't really comment on 1) but as for 2) Swiy doesn't really need to hold Swiy's breath. Just breath slowly in and out of the balloon and keep it going. When Swiy feels like Swiy can't breath anymore, just stop, slow it right down, maybe take some O2 with Swiy nose. Then carry on. Swim doesn't know if Swiy can get complete dissociation on a ketamine level, for example, as the nitrous high is so short Swim thinks that all Swiy'll experience is that brief high (and the effects your sloth described).

Empty multiple chargers on one balloon. That should do the trick. SWIM usually uses two to three chargers, sometimes four, for one balloon. It makes for a decently far out experience, ESPECIALLY when combined with weed.

the 16gm system is equivalant to 2 normal 8gm chargers which is plenty to get anyone wasted.

Number 2 is nearly right, breath in the balloon halfway, then breath back out into the balloon about half as much as you breathed in the first time. Repeat this until you have no air left in the balloon. If it feels like you cant quite get the whole balloon you can breath a *little* bit of air out and you will definitely be able to breath the rest of the balloon and some extra air in.

SWIM recommends breathing a tiny bit of air in after the balloon is done, it seems to prolong the euphoria.

SWIM guarantees that once you get it right you'll break through. Just don't rush the breathing, slow and steady wins the race The high is very short I find that the best it gets is that everything goes blue/black the ringing is insane and the euphoria is the best of any drug I've tried. They don't call it hippy crack for nothing!

Aside from hooking one's Sloth directly to a cylinder of N2O, and quite probably dying from anoxia, N2O only goes so far. The buzzing in the ears and the epiphanies found in the new reality are about the furthest N2O is likely to transport the Sloth.

Perhaps the Sloth needs to look into alternative methods?

He's been trying, but after having no luck with Salvia, he can't really find any practical methods of inter-dimensional travel which aren't illegal.
Not that he has anything against illegality, just his prefferred method of travel is practically impossible to get hold of these days.

Salvia is told to have reverse tolerance, i.e it might need to tried several times to get a brekthrough. As long as we are talking about dissociatives, maybe have SWIM try DXM if he hasn't already. Fair dose of DXM combined with NO2 should be quite ultimate combo, reaching possibly the level of a decent ketamine trip(though SWIM hasn't tried either the combo or ketamine). Damn, SWIM is himself getting interested in giving DXM another shot after years, this time shooting his brains out to space of nothingness with the friendly aid of nitrous.

Slow-hands (my sloth) is definitely interested in DXM and has done a bit of research into it.
The problem is he is from the UK, where the highest DXM-containing cough medicine is Robitussin Dry Coughs. He's had two bottles back to back (300mg DXM total) and not felt a thing. This is also quite expensive at 3 pounds 50 a bottle.
He'd love to get his clawed little hands on some DXM powder, but after spending a few hours surfing the murky depths of the internet for it, found no real leads to purchasing it.

Or does someone have a good suggestion for DXM? Bear in mind that he's mot really up for extracting as this wouldn't go down well with Mrs. Slow-hands and also like i say, the Robi DC is tres expensive.
