SWIM needs HELP and ADVICE with prep of AMANITA!!!!

SWIms friend has aquired some fresh amanita muscaria(fly agaric) and needs to no how to prepare!!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!and yes swimis tryingto UTFSE now but any1 who has experience please HELP!!!swimis under the impression that to convert into muscimol must cook in oven for ten minutes at 170 celsius??is this correct??whats a good dose etc???
