XTC urine extraction?

Is it possible to extract MDMA out of the urine after ingesting MDMA?

Because i know that MDMA come out in the urine. would it be possible to extract JUST the MDMA out of it?

(not trying to sound desperate but that would save a shit load of money and health seeing as it would be pure mdma)

ehh... the amount of MDMA that came out in urine would be minuscule. the extraction (assuming it could take place... swim is no chemist) would require alot of work and most likely would yield very pissy (pun WOO!) results.

Hah SWIM feels like this next comment should go under the "most desperate things done to get high" thread.

He tells me after one really strong roll he had an empty water bottle handy when he got back home from a rave. He never urinated during the rave and this was the first time he felt the urge since he popped the strong ecstasy pills. He filled up the waterbottle with urine and after reading an interesting special about the beneficial health effects of drinking one's urine, he downed the bottle. Needless to say it wasn't tasty but the effects of mdma were not prolonged in any way at all.

That being said, I doubt it would be possible to get the MDMA salt separated from all the other dissolved salts in urine in an easy manner, but I have only very basic chemistry knowledge.

Would it be MDMA or just its metabolites, what the body breaks it down into after it uses it up.

I've read somewhere that as much as 55% is left unchanged after ingestion and excreted in urine.

EDIT: Actually I went back to check my source and found that it can be as high as 72% Here is a lab study done which tracked metabolites in blood plasma and urine using a variety of methods and showed that 36mg was left unchanged from a beginning dose of 50mg.

I think the only way to see if theres a good amount of MDMA in your urine would be to save up a good amount and drink it,maybe like a gallon of urine or something..

If your unable to swallow it all down maybe an enema could be done?

Hmmmm all kidding aside if 72% comes out unchanged then one could save jars of there urine every time they roll,let them evaperate in the air and by the end of the year depending on your MDMA habbit you could have close to 3/4 of your MDMA back following a quick acid/base. right?

I'm unsure of the chemistry involved but it seemed too easy to be able to separate all the MDMA from all the other dissolved things inside of the urine. I may just have a flawed understanding of what an acid/base extraction could do...

Well you would probably get a few things other then MDMA,not sure what.

Ok heres my idea on how someone wold do this:
1.) save urine from MDMA adventures,probably the best way would be in a 5 gallon bucket with no lid so it could slowly evap.
2.) collect powdered urine
3.) disolve the powder in a solevent that MDMA is soluble in filter evap and try another solvent.
4.)im not sure if an acid/base would be practical/nesacary maybe a chem nut could help.

Now you should be left with some impure MDMA it would probably be best not to think about what the impuritys are...

Now this isnt something that grandma would try seeing as shes not a common MDMA user or one who likes to consume urine(wether dry or wet)but if she ever places a order for some bulk molly she will be sure to test this idea out and get one of her friends to be her space monkey/labrat.

I think someone's house is gonna stink to high heaven with an open bucket of piss laying about. Reminds me of this illegal boarding house this flakey woman ran in my old town. She had three, enormous, fat ugly drunks living(?) there. One of 'em sat on the toilet-seat and broke it. So he (named Smelly George) took to pissing & shitting in buckets in his room. He never dumped 'em out either. Lordy!

Anywho - one would end up with some sort of crystallized muck. From there one could do a cleaning ala one of the pill-cleaning techs out there(and here). See what turns up( aside from the nose).

Failing that - one could be diabolical: Put the crystals in a jar of powdered lemon-ade and take notes.

im surprised by all these people who want to filter/extract their pee for whatever.. for the time it takes to do all that (apart from knowledge reading equipment) one could also work at mcdonalds and from that money buy 10x the amount he gets from his pee...

if so desperate, why not do it like in india, just drink it man ! real men drink their pee!
