Rootbark being underweight in powder form.
Hi, SWIM has some rootbark already powderized by supplier, it weighs roughly 5 ounces, and the previous rootbark weighs the same. SWIM gets half pound, so is this extra rootbark just powder being stuck in the industrial grinder? Or is it just normal to lose weight when you powderize it?

35+% of the product should not be lost in the grinding process...
Though sources cannot be discussed here, it sounds like the one your friend has used is less than honest in their sale by weight.

Yea SWIM kinda thought that was alot, unless its a very large industrial grinding unit, which still the suppliers should make sure its right when its sent.
 SWIM will look into this, thanks.
