Methadone/Hydromorphone

For the past 2 weeks my goldfish has been insufflating up to 16-20mg of hydromorphone. He also just obtained 2 10mg methadone. Do you think this is a bad combination for him? Lets just say he wants 2 10mg methadone and maybe just 1 8mg hydro. I don't want to have to to flush the poor guy if things don't work out as planned.
