Smoking - Mepergan Fortis (Demerol + Phenergan) Capsules - Smokeable?

SWIM has seen these crimson red Mepergan Fortis pain relievers, they come in 2 pc capsules with some white powder inside. SWIM found that 3 capsules were great to relieve his back pain, but 4 capsules were too much, so he opened one up and divided in half... easy with powder.

SWIM has read where some people have squeezed the morphine gel out of patches, dried it and smoked it (like in an opened light bulb, heated from below).

Hypothetically, is it possible to smoke Mepergan Fortis powder broken out of the capsule? I mean, sure, anything is smokeable... but has any SWIY had any firsthand experience with desired effects?
