Hypothetical Distribution + The Law/Customs

Hello,

Swim needs your help.

Before Swim starts, if there is a problem with this post regarding the rules of the board, could you please let me know as this question is very important and I do need it answered if possible!

Swim has the opportunity to have a kilogram of Salvia leaf (not extract) shipped in from the USA for a very low sum of money (swims friend grows + the currency exchange).. the idea is swim could make an awful lot of money selling Salvia here in the UK, if a gram cost say.. a bluey. That's five thousand blueys. Ya dig?

Now the question is - would this be seized by customs? Salvia is legal in the UK, you can buy it from online websites (I won't list, but google if you must), so Swim is assuming importing Salvia would be legal.. right?

And the second question is selling it - are there any rules governing who Swim can sell it to? Or how much? Does swim need a license etc?

Swim feels that this deal is too good to be true, and that if it were possible to do this, and the massive profits involved, everyone would be doing it.

However, if this is legal and above board, Swim would like to know.

Again if this post contravenes any rules please inform me so that I can make the necessary changes on behalf of my friend swim, please, please don't close the thread!!

No it will not be seized, customs problay wouldn't even know what it was.

Swiy probaly won't generate a huge amount of income from selling Salvia Divinorum, as the majority of people who use it don't like how powerfull it is. Swiy could probaly get several regular buyers though.

My friend swim might hypothetically be obtaining for as little as say, a penny a gram, and he might theoretically be able to sell it for about four pounds a gram, hence profit..

If he were only to shift half a kilo every 4 months, he's still in quadruple figures, and it's totally legal.

Swim is not distributing personally, but is working on setting up a small network.

Selling Purple Sticky most likely. Better product sell better. PSS is the LOW end of the quality market and they charge INSANE prices because the only place people know where to get it is a head shop.

Make a good batch of pure Sal-A with all that leaf and dumb it down to a 20-40x standardized. Send feelers out there through whatever connections you got possible with some sample product and instructions. You'll be generating a client base that isn't already there. Most Sally smokers get their goods online and not from the head shop. So you'll not be crossing anyones 'territory' but lieklyhood is that if you want to be a source and not a dimer then your better off talking to people running the wire and have them feel out for your client base for you. Again odds are you (And your reps) will be introducing Sally to people who are new. Make up a small flyer with some documentation to send with your samples. Since it's legal you can tag it however you like with marketability and propaganda. Just be careful you don't do anything to inadvertently smear the Salvia name and get it scheduled any faster than it needs to be.

Include something like this:

Always use a Torch lighter and
Bong
Chill OUT! RELAX! YOU'RE GOING TO DIE! You'll be back in five though I guarantee it ;-)
