Turning paranoia around

Something that i've been labelled as paranoid for, after many years of experiencing people talking about me in ways that seem too sureal to be reality I am learning I can do it far better to them!

The level of tolerance I have built up to having strangers in my vicinity dig at me either consciously or not has given me some ability to store a lot of energy. Now I am learning I can accurately vent it back to them, and it gets easier every time.

My life is my creation and to understand that is immensely empowering...

reminds me of a bit of philosophy i read once that said something like it is more divine to be on a verge of murder and turn away than to never consider it an option

Venting that energy back to them is a powerful thing to do, certainly better than simply succumbing every time and losing your own power. But there is something further that you may also want to try out, something even more powerful that will benefit you even more:

When their nasty arrows are flying your way, breathe them in, and then instead of flinging them back, let them dissolve into the peace that is the depth of your own being. Then exhale that peace back in their direction.

Maybe this is one of the “divine options” of that philosophy you mentioned. An advanced technique for “turning paranoia around”.
