how I deal with pain, today.

beenthere has been off of opiates for pain relief since Dec. 07. these were legaly prescribed for me and were taken as directed.

but of course the addiction to pills is another problem in its self.

Today I still have pain and have found a couple of sure fire ways to controll it.

1. take antiflamitory

2. shave facial area and wet with aftershave.

3. while face is burning , add few more drops of aftershave lotion.

4. Take hot shower.


Trust me this will send out signals to help combat the pain in other areas of your body.
