SWIM has never seen this methadone (kinda sceptical)
SWIM usually takes methadone imprinted with M 57 71 rectangular with split in the middle, and today he got round white with 54 142, is that the same thing just different shape? he sure hopes so...

Google it. Something Swiy should be able to do fairly easily. This forum is not a pill ID site, but there are plenty around the net. Type in something like " White Round 54 142" into google and see what comes up.

well SWIM isn't really looking for a Pill ID SWIM knows they are 10mg methadone, just wondering if they have the same effect. Really SWIM is just looking for the last bit of justification he needs to gobble them down

Yup, is 10 mg methadone. Swiy ,have fun and be safe.
