Drug info - Diphenhydramine-Methods of Ingestion

While swim realizes that swallowing pills and capsules containing diphenhydramine works just fine, swim is curious about different methods of ingestion, and how they may effect someone differently. Swim has tried snorting, dissolving in water, and even smoking it. With snorting, swiy only really needs one 25 mg capsule, and if the entire thing is snorted it feels like 150 mg and is relatively instant. Problem is that it hurts like hell and the dip is absolutely terrible. Dissolving in water seems to work if swiy doesn't mind the sour off tasting water. Smoking was unsuccesful for swim, but some people claim it works. Swim has even heard of people taking it via IV. Does anybody know of any succesful alternate methods of ingestion, and how it may be different from simply swallowing the capsules?
