Codeine to Morphine Converion Amount in Liver

Does anybody know any data or formula where one can figure out the amount in mg of morphine that will be converted from a certain mg of codeine intake? Also what is the exact liver saturation point of codeine where a person's liver can't convert anymore?

Roughly 5-10% of codeine will be converted to morphine, with the remainder either free, conjugated to form codeine-6-glucuronide (~70%), or converted to norcodeine (~10%) and hydromorphone (~1%).
