purple haze?

have any of you experience this stuff? purple haze in reference to pot,
i originally only thought it referred to acid, but my friends bought
this pot that they say is purple haze, it was twice the cost of the
stuff we usually get which is good bud...does purple haze look all that
much different? this pot looks very similar to our higher end stuff,
lots of crystals but the color is the same. if anyone could post links
to pictures of real purple haze or info about purple haze, i just wanna
know if what we bought was really purple haze. thanks

purple haze varies from region to region and it is usually a little bit purple,but doesnt have to be. if you smoke it and you feel purpleish then it might be it

I have seen some pictures of purple haze (never actually smoked it though)
and can tell you that you would really tell a difference in the color.
Im sorry to say that you might have been ripped off, and shouldent buy
from that source again. SWIM has bought weed that people claim to be
famous strands but have never actually been. Its all just a way to get
money... which seems to be more important then honesty.



And just for the record, i highly doubt that purple haze, even if it
lives up to its name, shouldent cost 2 times as much as your average
pot. I think you would have gotten a little ripped off even if it was
some high quality purple haze.

where im from "purple haze" some times means weed dipped in
phermaldahide (not sure how to spell that, the shit used for replacing
blood in dead bodies) or "wet", it makes you halucinate when you smoke
it, but can also make you go blind, forever, the very first time you
smoke it! *gasp*

Swim would believe it is an off strian of Haze which was a strain in the 70s produced by the flying dutchman, swim thinks.probally has purple hairs on it.There are now many haze strains by many different growers but all should have roots in the original haze. One might also be able to find info out by looking through a flying dutchman catalog. even the cannabis culture magazine has seed list and many pics of different strains

Whenver someone mentions purple haze on overgrow people always tell them its extinct and the strain isnt around anymore.

And those people on overgrow know what there talking about.

Most weed actually goes purple during growing if you keep the temputures down to a minumum if there high your buds wont be purple.

And if you weed is purple chances are your dealers gonna say its purple have cose it sounds awesome and he wants to sell weed.

Im not sure whether it still exists but there sure are some haze varieties still around like nevilles haze , silver haze and there really strong buds.

yeah we smoked the stuff and i definitely got really really high...the
thing is that we just bought a new bong so i might have just been
getting really high from the bong. the thing is that it wasn't a much
different high, it just seemed like it was really potent nugget, cause
i got totally blazed after 2 bongs hits, and sometimes after only one.
i'm thinking if it was haze at all it wasn't really purple haze, just
some strand that is really potent. (not worth twice the money, but good
still) could people post links to pictures of what they believe to be
real purple haze?

I think a lot of dealers like to call their marijuana "Purple Haze"
because of the reference to Jimi Hendrix. If people think "wow, im
gonna be smokin tha shit that hendrix smoked!" then they would most
likely fork over more money for the weed. Its just common advertising.



Qish, are you talking about PCP? Where im from, PCP laced weed/ciggs
are a problem and a friend of mine nearly killed his stepfather after
smoking a pack of ciggs laced with it. Then he stole a car, crashed
into a tree and is now on serious probation. I have never heard about
people going blind from it , maybe i should be more cautious of my sources from now on.

i always thought purple haze was like really potent dank. such as that one ludacris song, ummmmm "saturday" where he says sumthin sumthin sumthing with that purple colored dank? i have no idea

Purple haze is a lagit strain of weed. But beware people will say that they have purple haze just to mark up the cost of weed. If you can find it i've typically found that it smells differnt but real good, and it has a purple tint/hue to it a lil bit or a lot depending on how well it was grown.
