Cetirizine, Valerian and Alcohol

Hi,

Sorry to impose upon the forum.
I know it's rude...

SWIM just took 1200mg valerium (equiv. 12g valerian root) plus 80mg Cetirizine Hydrochloride plus about 16g alcohol (about 9 beers).

I know this *should* be safe...

Expecting quite a downer of the CNS...

Experiences or advice would be most welcome...

Should SWIM take more, or is it quite enough?

Looking forward to your replies.
