Salvia Divinorum stems

SWIM has 1 ounce of salvia divinourum leaves(1x?) but is SWIM supposed to take the stems from the leaves, or can SWIM gring he stems with the leaves?

I also haven't found anything relating to this online, but swim always takes off the stems. It takes a hell of alot of time, but really, all the stems do is give a harsher smoke, as there is no Salvinorin A on them.
