Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

Alright, SWIM has been researching opiates and ways to potentiate them for a while now, and has found a way to get a much better high and save some cash as well. Most of the things required for this can be purchased over the counter as well.

First about an hour before dosing the opes, SWIY should drink some grapefruit juice and gin, if you can't get grapefruit juice, tonic water with quinine will do. Be careful, not too much gin, about 1 shots worth.
The gin and grapefruit juice/ tonic water all have drugs that make your liver metabolize opiuates less. You need to be careful to not eat a lot of tylenol though, as your liver will not be able to metabolize it properly.

Now take one or two tums. This will lower stomache PH levels.

You can also drink some coffee/tea. Caffeine will increase the pain killing properties of opiates, however sedation will decrease, and some people find caffeine and annoying addition to the high.

About an hour later take 1, and only 1, corcidin cough and cold.
All of the chemicals in these will potentiate opiods well, especially the DXM, DXM will also keep your tolerence down a lot lower.

Next take 1 or two benadryl tablets, I usually go with one.
This will increse the opiate high and decrease ichiness and nausea, while incresing sedation.

Now take your opiate of choice, you should only need about half your regular dose to get a good nod. This will not work with codeine though. Be careful to try not to overdose, and avoide needle use.

no codeine? swim has gobbled some tums while on vicodine, and it made it last longer, more intese, and decreased the comedown

Re: Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

This should have been posted in the big opiate potentiation thread.

Quinine is a weak inhibitor of CYP2D6 (much weaker than its isomer quinidine), and the amounts in tonic water are considered too low to significantly inhibit CYP2D6 activity. Besides, grapefruit juice does something completely different. And both don't work on opioids in general, but on certain opioids, usually only administered orally.

There is also no conclusive proof that DXM in such small amounts significantly potentiates opioids or prevents tolerance.

One of the very popular sites for reading about how to potentiate opiates and avoid tolerance says that both dxm and ketamine both stop tolerance, but that makes no sense to swim. They all are opioids(sort of) and work on similar receptors so there should be a deregulation on the similar receptors and thus dxm should decrease the effectiveness of other opioids. If swiy knows how dxm and similar drugs stop tolerance please explain, or add a link(other than the opiophile site, I hope saying the site is okay).

Also, swim is curious as to whether pcp would work on opioid tolerance the same way that ketamine and dxm because they are all dissacociatives(sp) that work in similar ways.
thanks

Re: Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

The reason why DXM, ketamine, and NMDA antagonists in general are said prevent tolerance to opioids is because animal studies have shown this and online enthusiasts have extrapolated this. Data on humans does not support this, except for some anecdotal online reports.

Re: Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

not to sound like a buzzkill or anything, but all those drugs combined together can really increase the risk of OD. make sure one knows what they are doing when experimenting with this formula.

Re: Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

Does anyone know if DXO does the same thing.

M-O-Methyl(DXM, dissolved) + HX(dissolved) --> M-OH(DXO, dissolved) + X-Methyl(Gas)

Re: Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

Has anyone been able to try proglumide (6620-60-6) in order to potentiate or reduce tolerance?

Re: Great Opiod Potentiation Formula

Swim personally uses 25mg promethazine to potentiate his opiates. He also uses diphenhydramine in dosages between 50 and 100mgs. Swim hasn't got any effects from DXM even in dosages of up to about 80mgs??? Swim takes around 800mgs of DXM when using it recreationally on "occasion" so maybe he has a large tolerance to it DXM naturally??? Used to have a ridiculous tolerance a few years back although it was far less than "occasional"!!!
