Busted for possession of marijuana in Texas
SWIM was arrested for possession last month and is awaiting his court date on the 29th. SWIM had under a gram but law says its possession under 2 ozs will SWIMs minor amount make any difference? SWIM also doesnt know if he can afford an attorney but hes going to try. What can SWIM expect for the outcome of this charge? I know you cant be real specific but just your few cents on it would suffice.
