Phaze is reffering to the end of a smoked and put out blunt.

The easiest way to smoke the roach would usually be breaking them open and getting all the weed out. Phaze has always wished for some easier way, it seems the paper holds alot of sticky resin and it gets his fingers all black and sticky with goo.

He recently came up with a new idea, rather than just sticking the roach in a pipe and smoking it or breaking it up so take the roach and find a deep narrow bowled pipe that is slightly larger than the blunt in circumference. W/e will work but the cloeset fit the better. *the blunt needs to protrude from the bowl in height

Take the roach and set it in the pipe, try to line it up were the bottom of the roach is over the hole in the pipe bowl. Take some weed, grind it up to powder, put the weed around the blunt as if you were putting a pole in the ground and filling it in with dirt. Make sure to pack the weed tight around the blunt so no air can get threw.* phaze uses a small flathead *SMALL*||| Take the lighter and light the top of the blunt, dont hit it like a regular bowl or it wil be wasted*IE torch the whole blunt. Light the blunt and it should stay lit, when the blunt burns down, if all works well it will then burn the weed. Its actually worth putting the blunt out a little early when your a real stoner and try to smoke it down were you cant do anything with it.... Yeah those. Who are those people.

Interesting, definitely sounds economical. Must be pretty harsh though? Also, aren't you getting nasty blunt resin on the perfectly good weed that's packed around it?

SWIM usually saves blunt roaches to make a second generation blunt, but this sounds a little more economical so SWIM may give it a try when in dire straights.

What nasty blunt resin, that shit is good when put on the weed, it makes it more potent. The resin at the end of a blunt roach is from the smoke being filter threw weed, the resin sticky goo is thc and other cbd that have built up on the weed toward the end. The paper also holds blunt resin.

And no it isnt any more harsh than smoking the blunt, that is if you pack the weed around the blunt in the pipe airtight.

my bright frog says nasty to the whole blunt thing yuk, why in God's good name would anyone and I mean anyone with the love of marijuana , roll good canibus with a tobacco leaf? yuk just thinking about it, youngsters do this as some fad, but it really ruins the taste, again why not use rolling papers , using cigar wrappers for pot is a sin, in my bright frogs never humble opion.

The reasons SWIM has in the past and probably will (even if sinfully) in the future smoke blunts, is because they burn; hotter, slower, and much more evenly than do joints (even if very well rolled), also regardless of how well the bud is chopped or ground, and how sticky or how damp or dry it is, the blunt (in SWIMs experience) burns both well, and consistently.

It is not a reason why SWIM smokes blunts, but when smoking tobacco and cannabis together rather than cannabis on its own SWIM has found the effects achieved to be quite different. This may effect some peoples preference for or against blunts

Admittedly the taste of the herb is spoiled by smoking it with tobacco products, but SWIM is not yet a connoisseur enough to gain a significant appreciation from the different flavours the smoke may hold

Preference bro. Phaze smokes out of everything really. Bong vape pipe blunt joint anything that can fire weed up and get the smoke to his lungs hes tried. A blunt holds more. It burns slower. And IMO taste better than a joint. A joint has that paper taste and the smell of a burning joint is worse than a blunt. Again all preference means nothing really. Joint blunt etc. The roach of those is what this threads about. The rest is apples and oranges.

swim saves all his roaches and when he has enough, fits them all together like patch work. it has resin weed and regular weed in it plus the blunt wrapper is covered in resin.

Our stoner friend came up with a similar idea for regular (joint) roaches, using a waterpipe to cut the harshness and heat. He rolls cone-shaped joints so the roach tapers to fit nice and snug in the bowl. No need for additional cannabis. Due to the size difference using a blunt roach it may work differently.

Back in the day when the " stoners " smoked a ton of joints, they would have a container that was for "R D" (roach dope).
they would put their roaches in it and save until they ran out of pot, they use the "R D" to roll up a joint. man the resination from the roaches made a interesting tasting doobie, and then when that joint was smoked down to a roach it went in the container to start a new stash of roach dope.

To go one step further, SWIM and a couple friends who smoked very large amounts of MJ would have several bags for roaches. Then, once they rolled a joint of the 1st generation roaches, they would put the "2nd generation roach" into a separate bag and assumingly, each bag would be stronger and stronger. They never got past the 5th generation, rolling one large 5th generation joint. Was it stronger? Who in the hell knows, they were always so blazed so there's no telling.

swim puts a large blunt roach in the carb on his bowl packs the piece and s,mokes them both at once when he has roaches to spare.. the resin from the paper does seem to add to the buzz even if its just swims placebo effect

GENERATION JOINTS

Not every joint gets finished. What's left behind is universally known as a roach, presumably because of its resemblance to a cockroach. Usually there's not much worth saving, but sometimes a decent-sized roach finds it way onto the coffee table. Peel back the singed paper and swiy find a choice little nugget of bud in there, nicely cured by the smoke that's already passed through it on the way to swiy's mouth.

Collect seven sizable roaches and roll them together. That's a first-generation joint, strong and smooth. Roll up the roaches from seven first-generation joints, and swiy is puffing a second-generation joint, a dankly decadent smoke requiring the harvest of fifty roaches. To reach the seventh generation, swiy have to roll 823,543 joints. If swiy start today and smoke three joints per day, saving every roach, it will only take swiy 754 years to achieve this worthy goal.
