Ultram ER[Tramadol] Experiance

This was a first time thing...

SWIM took a Ultram ER and cut the surrounding capsule off of it. He needed to do so because the capsules surrounding it were Time Release. He then split the pill into 2 halves, and a few of those halves again, considering that each pill had 300MG of tramadol in them... also he took 10 MG of ritalin to stay up, by swallowing them.

Then swim smoked about a dime of cannabis. Purple haze ftw.

Pretty toasted and lightly feeling the concentration effects of the ritalin, he popped about 150MG's of the Ultram with a bottle of water.

SWIM doesnt really remember much, he was pretty damn happy, and his peak last for about 2 hours, and started 2 hours after he took the pills.

Extreme sweat, and easily amused by everything, SWIM was having lots of fun watching Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and playing COD4. Blackjack was lots of fun also.

4 hours into it... the ultimate relaxation. Laying down was the shit...

Then SWIM and his friends who dosed the same amount were incapable of walking correctly.

SWIM pulls out Idoser, a program that plays binural brainwaves. SWIM had read that these work better when already on something.

2 of SWIM's friends are listening to Peyote Idoser, the correct way.

SWIM and another person are smoking on another G.
The only way to explain this was... bent perception. Ciggerettes werent that great, but they helped get rid of the munchies.

SWIM then heard his friend flipping a shit, throwing his headphones across the room. Apparently he saw camal spiders under the sheets.

SWIMS turn for idoser. He also listens to Peyote... and had out of body experiances. At any point he closed his eyes... just wow. SWIM would sink into the bed, and be somewhere else...

Later, SWIM and his friends pass out.
3 hours into his sleep SWIM wakes up... runs to the bathroom and throws up. Quietly so that he doesnt wake anyone, and it only looked like saliva, water, etc.

SWIM goes back to sleep. Another 3 hours pass, SWIM has to puke again, and does so.

SWIM tries to drink water, within 20 minutes, that comes back up.
SWIM ate a lollipop, and when he puked that it looked like robotessin.

Now idk whats wrong with him, but the next day, he is having mild hallucinations... much like a bwnadryl trip. the inability to eat is also scaring him. He has been able to drink, but only with extreme sharp stomach pains.

He is probably going to seek medical help. I posted this here to let people know that Ultram ER could cause some serious shit... and that Idoser works SOMETIMES lol.

I have heard that Ultram is very potent. It is prescribed for moderate to severe pain after all... I take Percocet for my pain, 10 mg tabs and they work wonders. I had a bad stomach reaction when I had Ultram so I really can't tell what they do, except for the fact that they made me sick. I am not too sure about Ultram, I know it is Tramadol, and people say it is not a true narcotic, but it is used for major pain, so I would think it's potent?

I think its good this has its own thread. Tramadol has a unique pharmacology, as its M1 metabolite (which has a longer half life than parent) accumulates. This is why I believe TramadolER is uniquely more abusable than pure tramadol powder. Taking a high dose of tramadol all at once can be very toxic, and send one into symptoms of serotonin syndrome (tachycardia, panic, shivering, myoclonus, convulsion). Also, with repeated administration, tramadol's oral bioavail goes from around 70%, close to 100%. And taking ER gives a similar effect to multiple dosing (with its slow release). Sorry, not trying to contradict you, just think that tramadol is uniquely more effective, and gives a qualitatively different effect, in extended release formulations, over IR. ER is actually more abusable (even though its advertised the opposite). And oral ER has a higher bioavaility than a single dose of oral tramadol IR.
