-It is a chemical precursor, and it is not an active form

It's related to the components of essential oils that are used as starting materials for psychedelic amphetamines eg. safrole, myristicin, elemicin etc. It'll do bugger all if you swallow it (other than possibly damage your liver), but it would be very useful as a precursor for the synthesis or DOB, DOI or DOC, but I doubt that you'd get anything from the site I think you might have been thinking of...
