Experiences - Chipping after serious habit

I imagine that scenario almost never works, but maybe swiy has managed to go back to chipping after having a long-term daily habit.

It should have been obvious without trying, but it doesn't appear to be such a good idea for swim. After 3 years clean, swim has been using H a couple of times each week for the past month. The last week it was 7 days in a row. (Swim may have exaggerated "a couple of times each week".) While it's not full-on withdrawal, swim has felt like shit for the last 5 days after stopping.
