I would like to knowthe best ways toput and smoke the mj efectively on the hookah

I am assuming...since I would NEVER touch an illegal substance...you
would do it the same as any other smoking device, put the pot in the
bowl (since its a hookah, I am assuming it is a decent sized one that
many people can use at once) pack it nice and tight, and have someone
(or yourslef, but its better if someone else does it) light the bowl
and make sure it stays lit and then suck, and I mean suck hard and fill
the chamber with smoke, as much as possible and then when its full open
the chamber and suck some more. Repeat as many times as possible.

Thank's but what i don't know is if i put the coal and smoke it as i would dowhith molasses or if i would light it once in a while.another question smoking hash and mj is different isn't it?

My problem is more to do whith the way to put the pot in the hookah without wasting the pot. The right amount, how to put hash and mj if i should mix it since hash is solid.

First off I can't help you cause I have never smoked hash out of a
hookah, only out of a pipe. But I am confused with what you mean by how
to put the pot in the hookah, whats so special about it or difficult
about it. Put the pot in there and light it and to make sure you use
all of it, blow on the top of the bowl to remove the ash and then burn
the remainder.

SWIM usually packs strawberry molasses on the bottom and then sprinkles
a generous portion of MJ on top and then puts the pourous foil and
coals on like usual. He's found that it can get many people high,
and once the mj is gone there is still a lot of molasses tobacco to be
smoked, which will intensify the buzz and make everything delicious,
especially if you pull hard as shit every time and let loose a huge
cloud of smoke. For best results, use a dark room, good music,
good friends, and a strobelight

Swim used to put a bottomlayer of apple tobacco in the bottom of the head of the hookah, then smouldered x amount of hash onto it, put a thin layer of tobacco on top of this and the coal on top of this again. Usually takes a couple of dedicated smokers to finish such a project, but maybe it could be effective with smaller amounts also. Hookah-smoking is a very pleasant way to smoke tobacco by itself too, I think.

works.. the shisha is all moist- do I just mix the green in with it? Howto or

My first REAL experience with MJ was out of a hooka. i had been
practicing with the hooka to learn how to smoke and i had got it down
pretty well. so i took one huge hooka sized hit, held it for 20
sec, then exhaled. a minute or two, nothing, wanna make sure i do
it right, so i asked if too much smoke would be an issue. "oh no,
take alot, it doesnt matter" well after 5 more huge hooka hits,
(i really wanted it to work this time around), i fraked out.
crawled under a table, thought i was having a heart attack, and then
puked for three hours straight. since then i have stayed away
from hookas. MJ on the other hand....

My friend uses this very low nicotine and tar tobacco product called shesha. It comes in a wide variety of flavors. Just mix however much grass you would normaly use to get said group of people high with the shesha. Place it in your bowl cover it with the metal disc place the type of coal that you would use to burn resin inscense on top an then you are ready to go.

What kinda hookah are u smoking out of? the type u have described sounds like a tabacco hookah to me. My friend has 3 of those from Seria (sp?) and he has tried to smoke bud outa them he says a major waste. this is what iassume that you are smoking outa


The hookah that SWIM uses here look much different, it is more or less a bong that has 2+ hoses on them, and then a bowl on the top, you have to light it and u dont use coals. I cannot seem to locate one online that i could post a pic of so i'll just hope that that description works for you. Or watch Half Baked, and billy bong thorton. just not as massive. SWIM's favorite technique for hitting a hookah is to light it once, and everyone sucks and sucks and sucks till the bowl is gone, then you pull the bowl and clear it.. this lets the smoke build up over the whole bowl and it just milks out even better when you dont pull it just sometimes it's to harsh

I'm living in the middle east right now, and hookahs are incredibly popular out here. So is hash, so all I know about is how to smoke it with some hash. If your hookah looks like the one Muirner posted above, you're going to want to stick some molasses tobacco in there, put foil over the top, poke holes in the foil, and place a hot coal on the foil. Then start taking big drags to get it started. Keep going until the smoke starts to get really thick. Then take off the foil and lay in your hash...how much depends on how many people you're going to have with you. Some people put the hash right on top of the tobacco, others take a little bit of tobacco off the top and put the hash in and cover it up again. Then just put the foil and coals back and enjoy. Seems to not work very well with low quality hash, just my experience.

im amazed at how popular smoking of hookahs as gotten. Shisha bars are poping up all over the place in my area. So ive opened this thread to talk of the wonderous joy of smoking the hookah, and other hookah related info.


Also wondering if anyone knows of any brillant hookah flavors ive tried many but am always looking for something better... the american dream i suppose

No your not wrong chaote. But there is also a use for a hookah with tabacco. From my findings they look different then a normal hookah you'd see for smoking pot.

But, the way it is used is different too. (note it might be different in a "hookah bar" but this is how i know how to smoke tabacco out of a hookah). You take the tabacco pack the bowl, cover the bowl in Al Foil and poke ~12-20 holes in it. The way that it gets lit, is there is a special charcol briquet that you can put on the top and using a couple of them will provide you with the heat/ignition source to light the tabacco. The smoke is very light, and very tastey as you can get flavored tabacco. Afterwords you will recieve a slight different feeling (i dont know how to describe it). Like almost stoned, but really clear headed.


note the little glass thing on the side is a dual hose delete. ANYWAYS, That is how it looks. The method i described is a syrian way of smoking tabacco out of the pope. And my friend has 3 of them straight from Syria.

I've been smoking Shisha for a while now. My favorite flavor is rose, but I also like pistachio and "mixed fruits" a lot.



If there's a party at my house I'll get people to smoke the hookah
rather than cigarettes, it smells much better and promotes sociability
like smoking weed, but even non-weed smokers can partake.



I think that the reasons I prefer shisha are the same reasons it is
getting more
popular: good smell, sociability, plus the fact that so many cities
have madeit illegal to smoke cigarettes in bars and clubs but Hookahs
are
still okay (for now).

SWIM wants to smoke out of a hookah, but they dont know what the weedhesha ratio should be. It needs to be enough so that theres no smell of the weed. Tips?

I tried this, and it got me pretty stoned. But doesn't the coal make the weed burn when you're not inhaling? Seems like a waste.

We usually just put the weed in the bowl, then light it and inhale. Kind of like a bong.

what i usually do is mix the weed with the flavoured tobacco. if you
have flavored tobacco, i recommend putting a small layer of flavoured
tobacco at the bottom, sprinkle sum weed over it, the again a layer of
tobacco, layer of weed etc.



this way the weed tastes really great, fruity, and smoking out of the
hookah gets me 3 times as stoned as normal. doesn''t the hookah work as
a vaporizer? i never see any smoke coming from the bowl (if you put
some aluminum foil between the weed/tobacco and the charcoal), and
smoking from the hookah gets me a lot higher than normal, like real
vaporizers do.

Have anyone here tried smoking on a narguille?
Swim got one a couple of months ago and I have been experimenting with it for some time now... and I have a couple of questions...

After the first charcoal is gone, is there still enough thc in the herb to be worth putting a second charcoal on the same load?

What low tech alternative is there to using aluminum foil as the screen between the charcoal and the herbs..? I´ve tried using a coin but it didnt work well as it wouldn´t cover the whole bowl...

Should I light up the charcoal completly before putting it in place?





For all of you who dont know what a narguille is, I´ll save you the trouble of asking.
Is an arabian pipe, where the herbs aren´t burn but rather dried by a hot charcoal that´s placed on top of the bowl, separated by alluminum foil, so that it produces a fume similar to that of a vapourizer, then it can be filter by a bong-like chamber. This is optional, I prefer to smoke it without water, regulating the density of the smoke by the heat of the charcoal...

hookah, shisha, narghile, gheyloon, whatever. Its all different words for the same thing.


Aluminum foil is the best way to cover it. Personally, swim doesn't smoke weed in a hookah as it isn't worth the effort unless you don't mind having some problems smoking it. Hashish works much much better as it burns continually and doesn't go out or burn unevenly.

Yes, light the coal completely before putting it in place. I don't know what you could do otherwise. This is the most efficient method.

What type of shisha pipe do you have? Big one, small one? Style?
