Nasal Spray w/ 20mg IR Adderall dissolved in water?

If Jay Leno were to dissolve a 20mg instant release Adderall in maybe 2 ml of water and fill a nasal spray container with the solution, would it be as effectively/quickly absorbed in the nasal mucous membranes as if Jay had crushed and snorted the pill?

Jay Leno would most likely appreciate any responses.

Jay Leno would preferably reserve that particular route for more potent compounds - something active within the 0-5mg range, ideally? But I bet he would have some success. There are many patents now on this theme, and expect to see this form of delivery as part of a novel, patenable medication (perhaps an API which, otherwise, would have gone off patent)?

Perhaps if Jay dissolved multiple pills and made a more potent solution, he'd have quite the little picker upper!
