Ayahuasca as a preparation can be viewed as a DMT containing preparation. There is a risk of prosecution. There have been multiple cases international where prosecution was ceased, because of the religious purpose and setting of ayahuasca use. Also the UN has the opinion that no part ofDMT containingplants are controlled under it's conventions. As a result a preparation of these plants will also not fall under it's controll. Nevertheless, nationalinterpretations of the conventionsor impulsive behaviour of judges may still pose problems.

i dont think ayahuasca is really legal in france....normally all preparations made to be taken for psychotropic reason is something illegal (i know it s very strange...)


the fact is there are no many people who take ayahuasca...and there is no problem with it yet (such as death or accident...)


i think it s just a tolerance , they don t survey it because there is no reason to
