Amazingly low tolerance!

After reading many, many posts (very good and informative by the way - Swim loves this website!) SWIM has come to the conclusion that he may be an extreme lightweight when it comes to opioids. After over a year of daily usage with doses never exceeding 10mg but most often at 5mg SWIM still gets the desired results (the relief and possitive side effects). But SWIM constantly reads posts about .30 .60 .80 120mg usage that are just not enough for those SWIMs. IS there a biological factor involved here? SWIM does not drink or use any other substances (other than OTC pain relievers) so SWIM cannot compare tollerances with other substances. Can someone explain why SWIM after a year, still has a good result with such low (compared to most on this forum) dosages?

Well yeah, that is pretty damn low tolerance. Especially after a year. Swim wishes his tolerance was still low like that. Generally the desire with opiates is to take more and more as time goes by so usually 10mg becomes 20mg after a month or so, then tolerance kicks in and 20mgs becomes 30mgs, etc etc... Odd that this hasn't happened to Swiy. Odd and fortunate.

i also know of someone like this. 5mg of oxycodone does the trick. snort one slowly after work and the effects last all night. another one is needed if he is up longer than 8 hours after work or starts in the morning. the only downside is that occasoinally he will binge on a weekend but the desire doesnt sustain itself. the binge usually consists of 15mgs. i think it has something to do with self control. he has noticed that his mentality about it is different than other users who exibit the usual signs of progression/addiction. perhaps(though not to be messed with lightly) there is a slight immunity to the mental addiction which enables him to dodge the physical addiction before it kicks in.

other prior experiences involved heavy halucinagenic vacations which enabled him to see the patterns before they occur, thereby dodging any of the negative sideeffects that usually occur. the 'vacations' also enabled him to manually break the cycle if nessesary several times over. either way i feel he is better off, and wealthier because of it.

damn SWIYs are very lucky, and should be very happy with life. SWIM need 120 of oxy or 40 - 60 mg of Vicodin. to feel the effects he likes. SWIM just now makes pod tea from pods. And puts it in a 2 liter and carries it around all day. SWIM calls it his pimp juice. He gets these energy vitamin lemon tasting packages and puts 2 in there and it makes it taste so good. SWIM loves it. Feeling good all day. and its way cheaper like 1/100th of the price ha.

swim is like that with codeine.. he has gotten euphoria off 30-60 mg... has even felt the effect with a mere 3 AC&C (24mg) tabs.... when swim has taken higher doses (250-350) he gets more sedated and notices less euphoria...he has heard some swims have more of the enzyme that converts it to morphine perhaps that is his case.

Wow, I envy some people. SWIM has to do 20-30MGS to really enjoy himself to the full extent and that may seem low, but he is not a regular user.
