What exactly does Schedule V mean ? From what I've read, it makes it so that Possession/Commerce aren't enforced while attempts to export are illegal.
If a drug (for example, Propylhexedrine ) is classified as Schedule V, will it be available to obtain in complete legality ? Will it be OTC ? Thank you very much. |
