terminally ill wants to start enjoy life through drugs

As i said i have an illnes that at the moment has no cure,this leves me extreamly fateged & now with the on set of dementure,i want to know if there is any preperations that would give me mental & physical energy so i can have an enjoyable life,rather than just an exsistence.
