Question about plugging pills

Ok SWIM knows there is a bunch of post about plugging pills and stuff but SWIM has a syringe that doctors use to pump fluid through a i.v.. It twist on to a piece that goes on the i.v.. What could SWIM use to put on the end on the syringe to put into SWIM bum? SWIM knows putting pills straight into the bum doesn't work as good because there is not enough water and stuff in the bum to dissolve the pill so you got to shot it through a syringe with the pill dissolve in a solution.

Or you could use a Bugger/Earwax bulb syringe.

... or go to any pharmacy and ask for an oral dosing syringe.
