Prescribed Oxycodone

I am an addict and my favorite drug was hydrocodone. I stopped one time and ended up getting on suboxone. I took it for 6 months and decided that I wanted to get high again and went to the doctor. He prescribed me 60 -40mg oxycodones!!
I stopped the suboxone on Monday and I do feel something but nothing like I used to on vicoprofin. I know this stuff is alot stronger and I chew it, but I guess it is too early to feel the effects yet because of the suboxone.
I have never been high on oxycodone and want to feel it and then stop everything. How long do I have to wait until the suboxone leaves? I have stopped before and a week later still didnt feel anything. I want to feel this but I am making myself sick by taking probably more than I should because of the suboxone blocking the effects. I am not too stupid so I think I am just going to wait a while before I take anymore. I will go through instant withdrawals if I stop it. So, how do you take it and is it a very good high?
Thanks for the info.

You may want to refer to this link below which explains a few rules, such as not incriminating yourself by saying I, and replacing it with SWIM (Someone Who Isn't Me).

As far as your post, dunno much about suboxone, and oxycodone always puts SWIM to sleep in a hurry. Prefer SWIY's favorite as well, hydrocodone.

Hope some of that helps.

Re: Prescribed Oxycodone

Thanks, I really dont care about the whole SWIM thing, but ok thanks Just because you take opiates for fun doesnt mean they are coming to bang your door down and kill you It seems one who snorts it feels the best on it, but the suboxone blocks this stuff for so long and one doesnt want to go back to suboxone if they want to feel high so they have to keep taking the opiates. SWIM was taking about 15 vicoprofin a day to feel really good. SWIM should take the opiates at a really low dose until the suboxone is really gone. Have heard that it stays in your body for months and months. Ever since SWIM has taken suboxone and tried to take a break to have some fun they never felt the same on the opiates. I wonder why? Any other advice or comments? Thanks

We dont use swim so much for our own protection as much as for the sites protection. This is not a site for people who abuse drugs. Its for people to share info and stories from our mutual friend swim to help those in simuliar situations that could benefit from the experiences of swim. Since this site is international we have to walk a fine line with helping and avoiding getting the people who run the site in trouble in certain countries. Plus if people on here started talking about illegal drug use it would attract pigs and swine are filthy animals which we would rather not deal with. That said Voodoo was quick to censor you since the use you were telling us about is prescribed and legal. But its a good idea to read the rules anyway since mods can boot you for breaking them without a warning. Your post was within the rules though, except for the part about swim chewing your meds and not using them as directed. Thats our swim.

Re: Prescribed Oxycodone

So does anyone have any experiences like SWIM is going through. SWIM is chewing about 3 40mgs a day and just feel nausious and drunk like. Not the usual high that comes with opiates. SWIM is thinking about just taking 1 a day and how the directions say until the Suboxone gets out of their system- thats what SWIM wants to know is how long do people in his shoes have to wait to feel the full effects of the opiates again. SWIM also knows that it is very dangerous to do what they are doing since they cant feel what they want to so they are taking larger doses than they should which is making them sick- Probably ODing. SWIM does not plan on going back on the suboxone and trying to taper off the Oxycodone - which will of course be painful, but from what I heard not near as bad as the Suboxone withdrawals. Your responses are appreciated.

Thanks

SWIM.

Re: Prescribed Oxycodone

Are there anyone else in SWIMs boat? SWIM is not feeling the normal high they would get on the vicoprofin and it should be stronger with the oxycodone. The suboxone must stay in your system for weeks as SWIM is chewing about 4 or more a day and just feeling sick and nauseous- probably ODing. Since SWIM is not too stupid they are going to just take one pill a day the prescribed way until the suboxone leaves their system for good. SWIM wants to feel the high from the oxycodone as from what they hear it is supposed to be really good and alot stronger than vicoprofin. SWIM does not plan on going back to Suboxone as that seems much harder to taper off of than coming off opiates. Yeah- right we will see once in major withdrawals with suboxone just a medicine cabinet away that will make them feel better. Anyone else relate to what SWIM is going through and how long that person had to wait until the suboxone completely left their system so they could feel good?? Thanks for your responses.

SWIM.

Re: Prescribed Oxycodone

Everyone is different but SWIM can take Sub then do 80 Mg of Oxy in the same day and still feel it. It only takes a few days for him to feel full effects, but SWIM has not been taking Subs for half a year either so your situation might be different. SWIM would reccomend crushing and snorting it and seeing if that helps you feel it more. Also if they are making you feel sick or nauseous then stop taking them! It is just a waste to take 4 in one day and not get anything from it. With that long of a break from opiates you should be able to blow a 20-40 MG and feel it just fine.
