concerning clandestine concentration of alcohol without distillation
as swim understands the law any form of distillation of alcohol is illegal, as is owning and using an illegal still (some areas, swims state more specifically). but swim wonders if its at all illegal to concentrate alcohol through other means, specifically "jacking" or freezing with dry ice.

Re: concerning clandestine concentration of alcohol without distillation
"When the vapor is separated from the mash and cooled to a liquid, that's the illegal part," that the rule in Texas. Can't find no reference to others legality issues of making alcohol.
