Cool Club Fire turns room into amazing LED holodeck
have you ever wonderd what it would be like to be high and in side your telly vision set? well now you can exsperiance it a friend of swims owns a club caled fire in south london and while swim was travaling they have had a new room fited out with full led pixels it is a trip on its own let aloane on acid or k now you can go clubbing in a giant t.v the owner craig got his idea from justin timbalakes video of rock your body and akons recent video was filmed there

the room hold's 350 people the club it's self is one of the biggest in london with a total of 5 rooms with diffirent ones or all open on diffirent nights. some of the other rooms are a bit of a head fuck to. also it is open from thursday night to tue morning with only afew hrs shut each night to clean sometimes they dont shut at all on a bank holiday ect....
that thing above also looks intresting though not shure how it would work with lots of people in it?

it's not all geometric eather they can reproduce any thing or turn the hole room diffirent colors and shades of colors also change depth of field of vision by making brighter or darker ect... trust me it is a clever pice of kit especialy for a club with floors walls' celling and dj box coverd. the room can change shape, size and depth all by useing these led's emagin the t.v screens at a concert. they are generaly led based spaced well apart hence if you are to close you can only see changing dots of color. this is clear even close up because of the arangement plus the room is never the same again at any time. somtimes the no of people can lesson the effect but not offen with it being all around if you whatch the bbc's adverts for one xtra radio that is filmed there and that is the most basic thing it does almost.

haha, that's sick! but all the more proof that ray bradbury (the guy who wrote farenheiht 451) is right about tv's taking up all of the walls... kind of scares me, but I'm not going to turn it down!

not shure suposes they could i myself am not quiet shure of the type of machine you meen ? but if they where closed to the public and free for a while i could not see why not. on the other hand they do gard there free time very well so i could not be 100% if i could let them no what would be invoved in shuch a thing i could let you know.

Alpha 8 - 12 Hz light relaxation, "super learning", positive thinking Low Beta 12 - 15 Hz relaxed focus, improved attentive abilities Midrange
Beta 15 - 18 Hz increase mental ability, focus, alertness, IQ
High Beta above 18 Hz fully awake, normal state of alertness, stress and anxiety
Gamma 40 Hz associated with information-rich task processing and high-level information processing
If the VJ of club Fire would combine this technology with the LED system, then he would be able to make people trip without the need for drugs. There are a lot of possibilities here. You can induce states of energy, refreshment, visuals, hypnosis, various higher states of consciousness, dream states, etc.

If music is used that supplements this, the effects are more intense. Popular electronic music lends itself well for this.

ah right i understand now yes i have heard of dj's and music producers inserting spersific levels of sound into the records to bring about a spersfic feeling ect. but not with light or color though i know light and color do afect mood to some exstent. i can but ask and see if this would be possible for them to do.

Man, that is amazing! Reminds me a bit of Daft Punk's Around the World set, only thing is that one wasn't all-encompassing! If I lived in the UK I would totally make a pilgrimage to Club Fire, fooshoo. SWIM would LOVE to be tripping balls in a room like that.

now we have lcd t.v's that are back lite with led's like the samsung led t.v could you hack into the back light technology, then use your laptop with brain wave thus changing you at home veiwing to a hole diffirent level?

Im not sure about that. Its certainly possible, but i have no idea if you can simply plug in somewhere to control the backlights and then easily synch that with software.

Its surely worth looking into.
