Was just wondering how long have you lot been taking it (if you do in fact take it :P) and if you find it helpful when taken properly.
Also do you lot find it hard to take properly or are you; if you're anything like SWIM, far too tempted to abuse it.

On and off about 10 years for Dexedrine though had Ritalin for 10 years on and off before that. SWIM in 30's now.

SWIM finds it VERY helpful.

SWIM has same trouble. Finds it hard to take without binging. SWIM gets it prescribed weekly so cant have a huge binge but cant ever make it last the full 7 days. SWIMS meds are due in a few hours and already has that feeling SWIM gets when SWIMS about to score H or coke.
