It all depends on your body chemistry and how you react to each. Of
course, all are stimulants, but they each do have their own
characteristics. Ritalin and Concerta are the same drug, but Concerta
is a time released pill. Plus, are you taking them for add or as speed?
I was diagnosed with adhd and I tried Concerta, but the side effects
were too much. I would get a headache and feel generally shitty and
zoned out. Adderall, which I am taking now, does not make me feel like
shit. It's definitely has a little more edge to it as well. I have been
taking them as prescribed for the most part, but its only been a week
and at quite a low dosage. I worry about the inevitable addiction for
using it everyday. Back to your question, everyone reacts differently
to each. Check out the effect list on Erowid for a general view.
