I was wondering, from a purely hypothetical point of view, whether
sending research chemicals from Canada to the United States would be less risky than sending chems from Japan or something to the United States. A friend of mine was telling me that if you could find a company sending 5g of something that isn't strictly illegal (say 2c-i) in an unmarked envelope from Canada to the US, that the risks would be minimal. Can I get some opinions on this because I now have a $20 bet riding on it ![]() Also, why don't people ordering chems pay with anonymous money orders and get the stuff sent to anonymous post office boxes...or can you not get these things anonymously? |

Not sure whether I can get an anonymous PO box, although I've heard of
overseas rerouting places that offer anonymous PO boxes. I did find out you can send money orders anonymously though. I just thought Canada might be a little less risky because we have such good relations with them that the border isn't very tight. Ah well, wishful thinking I guess. *I Just Don't Want To Die Without Any Scars* |

A friend of mine's mother is under treatment for cancer. She needs a very expensive drug as part of her treatment. In that it cost over $900 for a month supply here in the USA, she purchased it from a Canadian pharmacy for @$500. What she got instead was a letter from US Customs informing her that her prescription has been siezed as contraband and she would never be seeing it. Tough luck. Out $500. Die of cancer. Go figure.

Tell your friend's mom to order it again using money orders so she can get a refund if it doesn't work out.
bman1, has the US tightened their borders enough to make ordering possible analog chemicals from canada a bad idea? i'm just wondering whether the risk of seizure is 1%, 5%, or 50%...you know? |
