Hey, there are some places in the US where you barely get hassled for
pot, maybe arrested, or maybe made to throw it away, but not
prosecuted. Still doesn't make it legally prudent in every
situation. Not saying you need to sweat RC's, but I wouldn't
assume they're totally legal either. Just because nobody's yet
been nailed for purchase or simple possession doesn't mean it won't
ever happen. It's a grey and untested area, not a huge green
light. Too cavalier an attitude is just going to result in unwanted attention and trouble for everyone.

Damn! WTF. That sucks. Explosion was a much better price too. Well on the bright side, that should keep attention away from it for a while here in the US.

On the contrary.... I would expect that to be more of an issue now here in the US. Given our drug laws to be more strict than other countrys... I expect them to pay more attention to that chemical now than ever before. Which is unfortunate... Furthermore I find it to be bad news when any chemical becomes illegal... as they seem to have a domino effect.. like with 2-ct... 2-cb.. etc.

Supply and demand are everything. Methylone is very nice,
but not amazing enough to get that much attention. With the RC
vendors mostly gone, I bet nothing happens. Or else they schedule
a shitload of stuff, or (worst case) start going after small fry with
the Analog Act (which again is kind of pointless with supply all dried
up, both in US and abroad). But first they have to get some case
law made that's favorable to them, which means getting convictions on
the people they've already busted. Just imho.<!--

I don't. Since theres not going to be a rush of Explosions coming into the US and the fact that RC vendors are selling it at what amounts to $35 a dose, I dont think it's going to popular enough to gain DEA attention for a while. The legal E substitute cant compete with the blackmarketEcstacy pill on price. Hell, even Explosion at 12Euros is $15.50 before shipping. E's retail at $20. And Explosion was half the price of Vendor Methylone. It cant compete on price. It wont be a problem till it can, if the high is good enough. So it won't be a drug of concern to the DEA. You follow me?

I agree fully. And just because the dutch have decide to regulate it doesnt
mean anything to the american gov. Just look at some of the other "smart
products" banned, 2ct7 and 2ct2 were banned in holland years before the
2tc7 ban in the US was made. Now if the price were to drop from vendors
to ruffly $50 a gram...then we might be in for some trouble, But for now...

Yes... but not from NL... from the US. It is considerably more money than the Explosion available in the smartshops.
