Hunger pains and adderall

SWIM gets really really hungry on adderall due to the lack of desire to eat. After a few hours we fill FORCE himself to eat something really small like an apple or a poptart. Just the thought of eating makes him sick to his stomach (which hurts already). Does anyone else get extreme hunger pains?

Swim used to but has now become accustomed to Adderall and can actually eat better while on it than when he is not. Perhaps it is due to the amount taken as well. Swim would suggest a milk shake or a protein drink like Boost or Ensure (for old people yeah, yeah, yeah), but you get the point. Swim find that it is much easier to drink something than to eat something. So with something like Boost which is high in protein (14g) and high in calories (between 240 and 360 depending on the kind), and has some carbs, vitamins, and fat in it too. It should take away hunger pains as well as keeping your body decently full of nutrients.
