Pipes - Easy to clean pipe

Hi,
What kinds of pipes are the easiest to clean? which ones can be cleaned by simply boiling in water ?

just get some acetone from the hardware store.

Usually resin is burnt
on and boiling will not
do anything.

soaking it in Rubbing Alcohol
or Acetone will clean it

Make sure to scrape that resin before swiy cleans it lol!It might come in handy if swiy runs out of weed for the night.

SWIM found a glass pipe on the on the side of the road which had tons of burnt gak in it. After boiling and repeated immersions, everything was clean without any scraping. Swim added lemon juice for disinfecting purposes and for a better scent to the piece.

i use mad alice's bong cleaner it works quit well but then i use cew-tips biped in zippo lighter fluid just to the last little bit of crap out of my pipes

protopipes are the easiest to clean in swim's experience, because they come with utensils made to clean themselves which fit perfectly into the holes (they have a built in screen and the bottom drops out for easy cleaning). most of these are brass though, and brass makes things taste like burnt shit.

SWIM just mixes alcohol and salt and soaks his pieces in the solution. Every now and then pick it up and swish the solution in the pipe. It will be clean as new in an hour or so. Any others use this method?
