^^^I saw this on a movie "Traffic" . Was a doll and not a dog crate, but "plastic cocaine"' none the less. I believe it was 100% cocaine though that was some how "impacted" to make the plastic.

What this freely available information shows is that it is feasable.

For pure education purposes, with a unique interest in materials chemistry, I would be rather interested in learning the process as well.

hum...how it works is pretty well described. Cocaine is mixed to the molten plastic / fiberglass, while it is in liquid form, plastic which is then pressed into shape with the casing molds like regular molten plastic.

upon reception the plastic is melt down again and the cocaine extracted from the liquid plastic using a standard acid / base extraction. it must be hard to keep the plastic a liquid temperature without loosing some cocaine though while extracting.
