Yet another Hydromorphone potentiation question.

Is there any basis for this persons comments? IMHO hydromorphone has proven to be VERY inactive orally when compared to intravenous effects in human test subjects. Does diet/supplements effect its effects greatly?

That is 100 % false, oral bioavallability is very satisfactory.
Taken with food, particularly protein is the trigger.
With no food somehow, it doesn t kick in, until the liver is activated by food.
Otherwise, no problem.


On an empty stomach though, taking it with L tryptophan and B complex,
it will X5 the effects of the hydromorphone.


By itself a 4 mg 12 hour slow realease tablet is strong enough to someone not used to it
to cause gag reflex and vomiting typical of a too high dose of opiate.


Absolutely NO NEED to inject hydromorphone, that is a LIE and a MYTH.

B complex on an empty stomach makes me puke for hours on end. And I was stupid enough to try it multiple times.
