An quick question about Tramadol.

Ok yesterday morning SWIM took 1x 20mg adderall before work (which was about 9:30) and when he got home he was really sore so he took 4x 50mg tramadol thinking it would stop the pain and help him go to sleep.

Will it stopped the pain but they keeped SWIM up all night. SWIM laid down for 3 hours trying to sleep couldn't do it. And now as the day goes on SWIM keeps grinding his teeth harder and harder and can't seem to stop. Now SWIM can stop grinding his teeth when he is rolling with no problem and most people can't do that.(SWIMs talking about the people he knows. Hes not speaking for all of yous)

Now has any one ever heard of this happening before? It's doing the complete opposite of its suppose to be doing. And one more thing SWIMs hand to eye coordination is getting worst but hes not tired. When hes typing he makes way more mistakes then usually. And when he was driving earlier he was driving straight but he was driving on the side of the road (or the median) He was driving on the interstate.

Re: An quick question about Tramadol.

Swiy should consider taking small-medium dose of benzos for preventing such a bad side effects(and some other nastier side effects(seizures, for example) in the future(or now, if Swiy is still expirencing that)

Re: An quick question about Tramadol.

SWIM started to itch like really bad for a while and his face is starting to break out bad to. SWIM all ways has a clean face and since last night he has quit a few bumps on his face. Note SWIM is 20 so its not because he just hit puberty. (He hit puberty last month. LOL) Could that be another side effect?

Re: An quick question about Tramadol.

Well all opiates (and opioids) have itch as a side effect (due to histamine realise). But Swim finds quite enyoable (I now, Swim is little weird ).
Swim never heard for the face issue, swiy is haveing. Maybe its some kind of allergic reaction (if itching is too unbearable, its probably that) and in that case Swiy should stop with tramadol.

And remember allways to take small dose of benzos with tramadol,

Re: An quick question about Tramadol.

I've heard that tramadol can potentiate serotonin pathways so perhaps the tramadol made the adderall last longer?

Re: An quick question about Tramadol.

If your face swells and is itching alot then it probably is an allergic reaction. Opiates can induce allergic reactions in people who have taken them many times and never have had one from them before. It sounds like itmight have been a small allergic reaction as the driving on the side of the road sounds like the loopyness swim experienced once when he took too many tylenol 3 with codiene.
