Swim has heard of this happening with female friends of his. Swim thinks that amphetamines (especially when used often) are quite well known for having this effect

So can we take from this that amphetamine has a negative effect on female fertility/chances of conception?

I have no idea, but I'm guessing if the menstrual cycle is disrupted then yeah fertility will be temporarily reduced

I just had a quick look on pubmed but couldn't find anything. As an aside though I did find some studies showing that the subjective effects of amphetamine vary depending on which part of the menstrual cycle a woman is in. Apparently the stimulant effects are greatest in the late follicular phase

Skipped periods are caused by not getting enough nutrition in the body and when a person is on speed they don't feel hungry.A woman's body needs about 22% of fat to have a normal menstruation and also lack of iron can stop periods. This can also cause infertility. SWIM lost her period for a year but it was from an eating disorder. For the past couple of months she hasn't been eating enough from amphetamine and her period has started to skip again.

Once the female body starts to be starved it stops ovulating and menstrual cycles
